Car Trouble Pt.2
So I found out the other day that I had an oil leak from the Focus. Since moving into my new house and my new garage, parking the Focus in the garage has been awesome. But it also gave me the opportunity to see that she’s leaking oil from somewhere. I haven’t had the time to look at it yet but that’s my plan for this weekend.
I’ve done a little research about it and hopefully it’s only the vlave cover gasket that needs to be changed out. If that’s the case, then it doesn’t seem too difficult a problem to fix. If it’s something other than the valve cover gasket and it turns out to be a bigger problem, then I don’t know what I’ll do; I’m not the greatest mechanical genious in the world. I guess I’ll have to do my best to do the research and try to fix it myself. I really can’t afford to take it in to someone and pay for it to get it fix this time, so I guess it falls on me.
Besides that, there’s a whole plethera of things I need to do to the Focus this weekend. Washing, vaccuming, detailing, and some other things in the name of maintenance that I’ve overlooked for way too long. She’s my baby and it’s high time I took care of her like I used to.
